Return & Exchange
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has a size issue, please email us with details and photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns and refunds are not accepted. Exchange only for another size.
- It cannot be exchanged for a different color. There may be 10%-12% color difference due to screen resolution and lighting.
- We cannot accept exchanges if you do not like the material or color of the ordered product. Because we use the highest quality materials on the market and all product details are in the product description. We recommend that you read all details before ordering.
All purchases are non-refundable.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the exchange. If you agree, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized or processed products.
Clearance item (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. We are sorry, but sale items cannot be exchanged.
